CHAPTER NEWS
I want to send a big thanks to Jerry and
Cindy for the CMF cookout/camp out they put together. The Friday night meal and
the Saturday morning breakfast were great. Friday night we had hot dogs cooked
over a camp fire and had a great time fellowshipping. There were around 10
people.
Later that night we sat around the picnic
table and had a Bible Study on John. I don't know what time it was when we
decided to go to bed. The weather was really nice the whole weekend.
Saturday morning we got up and got ready to
serve breakfast. Jerry got all the drinks and coffee ready and Cindy heated up
ready-cooked bacon, sausage and ham and scrambled some eggs in the microwave.
Around 9:00am two CMA people from the
Praise Rider Club showed up.
We ate together and lifted up our prayers
to God on the things we were concerned about.
Red gave a reading on the Bible on John
chapter 17. After God's word, we had some testimonies on what God was using us
for in the motorcycle ministry.
We then took a ride together to Caldwell,
then to South Haven where we split. CMF went north and CMA went east. It really
was a great weekend. From Wellington Randall and Ida went home to Derby. Mark
and Red stopped and ate at Braum's then rode back to Argonia to break camp.
Looking forward to the next one.
