Argonia Friends Church is dedicated to Youth Ministry. We have several programs during the week designed to disciple students as they learn to love God and love others.
SUNDAY MORNING
Students from 6th-12th grade gather during Sunday School time and worship God through song, fellowship, and learning from scripture.
SMALL GROUPS
High School students are encouraged to take the next step in their journey with God by attending small groups where they will have a more in depth bible study followed by group discussion on how these ancient texts apply to their modern lives. Small groups meet at the church building during the school year. Small groups meet on Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM.
SERVICE
Through small groups, students are plugged into service opportunities both local and international. From helping with children's ministries and acting as ushers at Argonia Friends, to raising money to provide clean water in third world countries and going on mission trips to Mexico, students are provided with opportunities to put their faith in action.
YEARLY MEETING ACTIVITIES
We also participate in several activities though Mid-America Yearly Meeting. These activities include Camp, Friends Student Conference, Bible Quiz, and Spring Invasion. These trips are the high light of the year for several students as they get a better understanding of the body of Christ extending past our own meeting.
